Example - Evaluation of Southern Africa Transport and Communications

The Canadian International Development Agency required an evaluation of its programs in the transport and communications sectors for Southern Africa.  Lauga & Associates prepared the evaluation for the transport sector.  The work entailed field visits to: Zimbabwe, Mozambique, South Africa, and Botswana.  Projects were evaluated for their effectiveness, value for money, and project management.   An overview of the transport sector in Southern Africa was also prepared.
