Triton Consultants Ltd. has a recognized international practise in coastal, dredging, ocean, river and port engineering.  Consultation in the related fields of physical oceanography, water quality modelling and outfall design are also key components of Triton's expertise.

Navigation, waterway management, training

Captain Brian Tuomi, principal of MTAC, is an international consultant on navigation and waterways management.   Formerly a senior officer of the Canadian Coast Guard, he provides international consulting services to optimize port and waterway navigation systems.  Captain Tuomi developed a methodology for optimizing navigation aids placements that is now used by a number of agencies.  Captain Tuomi also owns MTAC, a company providing boating safety courses.

Seabulk Systems Inc. has a recognized international practise in bulk materials handling systems.  Its primary fields of activity have to do with: marine terminals, marine transportation, bulk materials handling, environmental upgrading, and self-unloading vessels.  The firm holds a number of patents and is the recipient of several awards for engineering excellence.
