Example - Business Plan for Wards Marina, City of Surrey

The client, the Department of Parks and Recreation, of the City of Surrey, required a market study, business plan and recommendations for improvements to Wards Marina.  The work included:

bulletPro forma projections of income and expense over a program of improvements;
bulletDrawings of proposed improvements to the marina;
bulletAssisting the City of Surrey with gaining project approvals from a number of government regulatory agencies;
bulletPreparing tender documents for a design build contract for marina improvements.

One of the improvements included new facilities for rowing shells and similar vessels.  Concept drawings were prepared.
